Planning a home
We understand that building, renovating or extending your home is a significant decision. Our initial consultation is about listening to what you want, understanding how you live and getting to know the vision for your project. From there, we work with you to establish a clear direction and a considered approach to the build. Nothing rushed. Nothing absolute. This is where ideas take shape — sitting down with our builder and design team to explore what’s possible.
The design phase
Arguably the most important. Once the vision is established, we move into the detail — developing architectural plans, specifications, selections, finishes and project costs, while coordinating the consultants, trades and approvals required to bring it together. By the end of this stage, you have a clear set of plans, specifications, selections, scope and costs ready to take into construction. How involved you want to be is entirely up to you; we manage the complexity behind the scenes while guiding you through the decisions that matter.
Construction
Once construction begins, our team takes care of the detail and coordination required to keep the project progressing. A detailed project programme and Gantt chart keep the build on schedule, with regular in-person run-throughs and schedule checks along the way. We also provide project video updates, giving you a clear view of progress between site visits. You’ll always know where the build is at, what’s happening next and when decisions are required.
Completion
As construction comes to an end, we bring everything together for the final walkthrough. We complete final inspections, testing, commissioning and certification, before handing over the completed project along with the relevant warranties, manuals, approvals and documentation. The build may be finished, but the story of the space is just beginning.
